Who we are
7dayshop Print Store
We have been producing high quality professional printing services within the 7dayshop group for the last 20 years.
We have recently brought the printing services under the 7dayshop branding and logo, to raise the profile of our printing operation generally. The quality of printing is of a fully professional standard, and not comparable to the cheaper mass-production operations, like many online printing services you will find elsewhere on the web.
You can be assured that your prints, enlargements and canvases will receive the very highest levels of professionalism and attention to detail in their production.
We use the professional photographer’s choice of 300dpi to print our real photo prints and canvases. And you can upload both TIF and JPEG files directly from your PC or from your social media account , through our API interface(s).
We’ve have a combined 70 years+ of photographic experience to call upon, and by using class-leading equipment and paper we achieve some of the very best results available anywhere in the UK, for normal sized digital prints, enlargements and printing directly onto canvas.
Top quality Fuji Crystal Archive Colour RA4 paper is used for all prints and enlargements, which are produced on the class leading ZBE Chromira LED digital printer with normal size prints handled by a Professional Photolab LED digital printing machine.
It’s easy to upload images from your device with a comprehensive range of print sizes from 5 x 3.5 inch up to 60 x 30 inch available in landscape, portrait or square orientations. You can choose glossy or lustre finish with a range of colours for special effects. We also
We offer a Pro Colour Correction (PCC) service where one of our professional technicians reviews and adjusts each image to ensure the best print quality result.
We’re proud of the team, which is led by Geoff Brehaut who had had a lifelong passion for photography and was a photojournalist for many years. We think it’s good to have someone who knows what they're talking about and doing when it comes to photography!
Canvases are printed with Professional UV and water-resistant inks on Hewlett Packard professional printers, and hand-stretched over strong, high quality pine frames (not cheaper MDF as found elsewhere). Our framers use professional stretching tools, to ensure maximum rigidity and remove slack when stretching canvases to frames. Varnish protection is recommended as an optional extra for added longevity, finish, and protection, but is entirely optional, if costing is a priority.
We believe we have the widest range of different canvas size options available in the UK and our software allows you to customise how your canvas looks, as well as offer options such as Collage (multi-image) canvases, Panoramic (super-wide) sizes, and many other creative options such as Word Art and Kids Alphabet Art.
Customers can also purchase Canvas Prints in a rolled (unframed) format if they wish to mount the canvas in a different manner. Optional hangers are available for your canvas print, a hanger and screws are available to order.
